Return Policy

Deposit Policy

  • A deposit of 50% of total retreat cost is required at the time of booking to secure your spot.
  • Your spot is not guaranteed until the deposit is received.
  • The remaining balance is due 60 days before the retreat start date.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations more than 90 days before retreat start: Full refund of payments made.
  • Cancellations 60–89 days before retreat start: 50% refund of total retreat cost.
  • Cancellations 0–59 days before retreat start: No refund.

Transfer Policy 

  •  If you cannot attend, you may transfer your booking to another person with written notice at least 14 days before retreat start.
  •  If transferring, the original payment terms and deadlines remain in place.

Retreat Cancellation by Organizer

  • In the unlikely event the retreat is canceled by us (e.g., due to weather, insufficient enrollment, or unforeseen circumstances), guests will receive a 100% refund of all payments made, including the deposit.
  •  We are not responsible for additional costs incurred (such as airfare, or personal expenses), so we highly recommend travel insurance.

Travel Insurance

  • We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance that covers trip cancellation, medical emergencies, and unexpected events.
